Great Exercises
I've been doing the "arm up the wall" stretches correctly for 6 days and they are really helping my tennis elbow. So much so that I don't wear the tenser around my forearm anymore & the pain doesn't wake me up during the night. Isn't that fantastic? I have not yet mastered the "snob" neck/muscle stretch/pull yet but am working on it. Thank you for everything you do for me. YOU are greatly appreciated.
